The GM2542 Series 2 Monopod from Gitzo is a slim and lightweight carbon fiber support designed with both portability and stability in mind. Utilizing Gitzo's patented G-Lock Ultra leg locks, the GM2542 has the ability to support up to an impressive 77.2 lb while weighing just 1.1 lb. The monopod reaches a maximum height of 64.6", enough to meet the height requirements of most shooters, and features a reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting thread for adding an optional monopod head if extra height or articulation is needed.
